🚜 Farmland Market makes purchasing land plots in Farming Simulator 25 significantly more realistic and strategic. Unlike vanilla FS25, where all unoccupied land is always available at a fixed price (even if a ready-to-harvest crop is already in the field), this mod introduces a true "land market": prices react to potential profits, and the availability of plots changes over time.

✅ Key features:
• Dynamic pricing based on crop value — the cost of a field takes into account the estimated harvest price depending on growth stage, crop type, and current market prices.
• Limited availability of fields — only a portion of plots is sold at the same time; the list is updated daily with seasonal logic (more offers from November to March).
• 5 difficulty presets — Easy / Normal / Hard / Harder / Realistic, or the option to completely disable availability restrictions.
• Base price multiplier — adjust the base price of land per hectare directly in the settings.
