By accessing or using MODHUB ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. The Service

MODHUB is a community-driven catalog of mods and add-ons for Farming Simulator and other games. We host links and files uploaded by users. We do not develop the games themselves and are not affiliated with Giants Software, Microsoft, Sony, or any platform holder.

2. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or your country's minimum age for online services).
• One person, one account. No bots, no purchased accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User-uploaded content

When you upload mods, descriptions, screenshots, or comments:

• You confirm you own the rights or have permission from the creator.
• You grant MODHUB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
• You retain ownership of your content. You can delete it at any time.
• You must not upload malware, copyrighted material without permission, illegal content, or anything that violates platform rules.

4. Mod safety

We scan uploaded files for known malware. However, we cannot guarantee that every mod is bug-free or compatible with your system. Install mods at your own risk. We recommend backing up save files before installing major mods.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Use the service to distribute pirated games or DRM-bypass tools
• Scrape, mass-download, or use automated tools without permission
• Reverse-engineer the site or attempt to bypass security
• Impersonate other users, modders, or staff
• Use the comments or messages for spam or harassment
• Resell our content or mod files

6. Donations / paid features

Mods on MODHUB are free unless explicitly marked. If we introduce optional paid features (premium accounts, supporter tier), they will be clearly labeled. Refunds: contact billing@mod-hub.net.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free downloads, or compatibility with any specific game version.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MODHUB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid us in the past 12 months (typically zero for free users).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Major changes will be announced via email or homepage banner.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in Ukrainian courts, unless local consumer protection laws give you stronger rights.
