DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on MODHUB infringes your copyright, you can file a DMCA notice. We will review and remove infringing content promptly when the notice meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Required information

A valid notice must include:

• Your contact info (name, email, mailing address)
• Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed
• The URL of the infringing content on mod-hub.net
• Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
• Statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice. Email legal@mod-hub.net with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice" and include all the information above plus a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for your address.

Repeat infringers

Accounts of repeat infringers (3+ valid takedowns) are permanently terminated.

False claims

Filing a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including legal fees. Do not use this form for non-copyright disputes.
