Sound Pack 2022 Scania NextGen 660 DC16 V8 v1.3.2 for ETS2

This is a sound pack for Scania NextGen trucks in Euro Truck Simulator 2, built from studio-quality samples recorded on a 2022 Scania R660 V8 by Car-Lack GmbH. All sounds of the R660 were professionally recorded with studio audio equipment, including the engine, every interior sound, the air-brakes and the G33CM gearbox. The pack replaces the original ETS2 sound files for DC16 V8 engines on the Scania R and S by SCS, as well as the Scania R and S by Eugene. Thanks to 10 synchronized microphones placed around the truck, the DC16 122 engine is captured with all its details, auxiliary units and emission control systems.

• 16.4 l DC16 122 V8 Euro 6 engine recorded with 10 synchronized microphones around the truck
• Every stick, switch and warning tone in the cabin recorded and implemented in the game
• G33CM gearbox with multiple driving scenarios, special shifting sounds and a high-quality retarder with attenuation, pitch variation and reaction to the differential ratio
• Multi-directional soundscape that changes with your position — in front, beside or behind the truck
• Warning tones when shutting off the engine without the parking brake or with lights on, plus air-brake and air-compressor sounds after braking
• Key sounds on engine start and stop, lift-axle button sounds and gear selector sound when shifting into reverse
The pack is compatible with ETS2 1.61 and carries mod version 1.3.2.
