Loan Terms V1.0 is a script for Farming Simulator 25 that adds the option to finance equipment instead of leasing or paying in full. The APR is fixed at 6%, and payments follow a reducing balance amortization schedule. The first installment is due at the next in-game month change, and payments stay monthly regardless of the days-per-month setting or real-world time. The final installment adjusts for cent rounding, after which payments stop.
• Fixed 6% APR with a reducing balance amortization schedule
• Saved "finance year" calendar starting in March, with end dates retained after reload
• View balance, monthly amount, next due date and end date in the Vehicle loans screen
• Early payoff repays outstanding principal and waives future interest
• Maximum of 256 active contracts per server and Buy Vehicles permission required in multiplayer
• Selling a financed vehicle through the standard garage automatically repays and closes its loan
Records are saved to vehicleLoans.xml beside the normal savegame files, so keep that file with its matching savegame and backups.
