Hyper Realistic Maintenance 2 V3.1.4 is a script for Farming Simulator 25 that adds continuous mechanical simulation to every motorized vehicle in your savegame. Each tractor, truck, harvester and car is built from real components that wear from actual work and fail in four stages. Engine oil has real chemistry — viscosity, soot, fuel dilution and wear metals — so engine condition can be checked like in a lab. Neglected maintenance accelerates wear by up to +120%, and overheating above 118 °C is guaranteed to damage the engine.
• Engine with five independent components: cylinder, piston, bearings, crankshaft and valves influence each other
• Thermal model with thermostat, fouled radiator, boiling and ECU protection, plus DPF regeneration and DEF system
• 10 scheduled maintenance items with their own intervals and a real cost for the farm
• Workshop with 500, 1000, 2000 and 3000 hour service packs, inspections, overhauls and parts delivery times
• Implements and trailers wear too: shares, tines, discs, knives, knotters, PTO shafts and brakes raise the draught
• Instrument cluster with 16 warning lamps, J1939 fault codes and realistic exhaust smoke
The script is fully standalone, supports singleplayer, multiplayer and dedicated servers, and maintenance progress is saved in the savegame.
