AutoSwitch V1.0.0.6 is a companion script for Farming Simulator 25 that automates tire pressure and differential locks, making ground traction realistic. It makes Variable Tire Pressure, Enhanced Vehicle, MoreRealistic, Mud System Physics, Tractor Terrain Dynamics and AutoDrive work together without modifying or disabling any of these mods. The goal is a more realistic and efficient game without tuning each mod by hand. All options are changed under Settings > General > AutoSwitch.
• Tire pressure: with AutoDrive or Courseplay tires deflate in the field and inflate on the road, while manual driving works in Automatic or Manual mode.
• Enhanced Vehicle differentials: rear locks at 15 % slip, front at 30 % (adjustable), 2WD only on asphalt and concrete, 4WD everywhere else.
• AUTO / MANUAL mode (Right Ctrl + Up arrow): in MANUAL you handle diff locks and 2WD / 4WD yourself, and AUTO returns control to AutoDrive and Courseplay.
• MoreRealistic grip: wet-ground loss with 5 levels, a VTP field bonus capped at +15 % (+20 % with duals) and Real Physics Tire Wear taken into account.
• Dual wheels: real width used by Mud System Physics, better grip on wet ground and mounting tire by tire (15 in-game minutes per tire).
• Sowing: seeding protection, filling with the lid closed and re-sowing on crushed strips, while grass trampled by the wheels regrows depending on speed and moisture.
• Sleep: time in hours (+0 to +23) and days (+0 to +7) with wake-up at 8 am, and other vehicles’ lights visible 5 times farther and twice as bright.
The script also arbitrates mod conflicts instead of ModMixer, reports outdated or disabled required mods and keeps tire tracks with the savegame.
