Loan Terms is a script mod for Farming Simulator 25 that adds the option to finance vehicle purchases instead of leasing or paying in full. It uses a fixed annual interest rate of 6% and monthly payments based on a reducing balance amortization schedule. The first installment is due at the next in-game month change, and the final payment adjusts for cent rounding. The mod maintains a saved finance year calendar starting from March of the first year it was enabled. Loan management is done through the owned vehicle's configuration screen, where you can view balance, monthly amount, next due date, and end date.\n\n• Fixed 6% APR with monthly payments using a reducing balance amortization schedule.\n• First payment due at the next in-game month change, regardless of days-per-month setting.\n• Early payoff option available, waiving future interest.\n• Selling a financed vehicle through the standard sale system automatically repays the remaining principal.\n• Multiplayer support with server-side calculation and saving to vehicleLoans.xml.\n• Console commands vlLoans and vlPayoff for viewing and paying off loans.\nThe mod does not charge late fees, repossess vehicles, or automatically extend loan terms.
