Far Sight is a script mod for Farming Simulator 25 that significantly improves vehicle visibility at a distance, allowing you to see field work from afar. In the base game, vehicles disappear at a fixed distance (usually 300-500 m) regardless of graphics settings, and at night the lighting is even less noticeable. This mod solves the problem by increasing the visibility range of tractors, combines, and implements up to three times (maximum 1500 m). Additionally, headlights and beacons stay lit far away, and work and road lights illuminate the ground up to 500 m.
• Tractors, combines, and implements remain visible up to 1500 m (three times farther)
• Headlights and beacons stay lit at long distances
• Work and road lights illuminate the ground up to 500 m
• Vehicles with lights on use their full set of lights (up to 300 m)
• The mod only affects vehicles, never the map
• Small details (bolts, hoses) keep their normal visibility distance
• Indicators, reverse lights, license plates, and interior lights are not touched
• Controls: Ctrl+Shift+V to toggle on/off, Ctrl+Shift+J for light report in log.txt
• Settings are stored in modSettings/FS25_FarSight.xml
The mod is purely visual and works in both single-player and multiplayer.
