Launch Control is a script mod for Farming Simulator 25 that introduces a launch start function for maximum performance off the line. It allows the driver to hold the engine at the rev limiter, build boost pressure, and launch with up to 40% more torque. The mod supports diesel and gasoline engines in the base game and compatible mods. Additionally, it adds visual effects such as flames and backfires, and even the possibility of wheelies.
• Launch Control settings: enable or disable the feature, set launch RPM (1,000 to 4,500 RPM for diesel; 2,500 to 7,500 RPM for gasoline), customize hardcut sounds, and adjust flame effects.
• Flames and backfires: activate and adjust flame size and frequency; flames appear when boost pressure is above 75% and speed is up to 1 km/h.
• Wheelies: high-performance vehicles with rear or all-wheel drive may lift their front end during launch, depending on power, weight, wheelbase, and traction.
• Safety features: the sequence aborts if the brakes cannot hold the vehicle, and clutch and overheating protection engage after 30 seconds at the rev limiter.
• Timing: displays 0–50 km/h and 0–100 km/h times once you start moving.
• Multiplayer compatible and supports diesel and gasoline engines; electric, CNG/LNG, biogas, and hydrogen powertrains are not supported.
The mod also includes detailed instructions for use and customization, making it accessible for both new and experienced players.
