Digiscanner Knife for GTA 5

This mod for GTA 5 replaces the in-game knife with a Digiscanner Knife. Instead of changing combat mechanics, it focuses purely on visual presentation, giving your weapon a distinctive look through a new model and textures.

• Mod type: weapon/equipment model replacement
• What it replaces: w_me_knife_01.ydr, w_me_knife_01.ytd, and w_me_knife_01+hi.ytd
• Gameplay impact: keeps the standard knife behavior; only the appearance is modified
• Target game: GTA 5 weapon package files

With this swap, your close-range weapon gets a fresh style that stands out during combat and on loadouts. The knife remains the same category of weapon, so the experience stays familiar while the visuals become more personal.

For safety, it’s recommended to back up the original files before replacing them. Installation typically involves OpenIV in the correct GTA 5 path to the weapons.rpf resources, then substituting the listed Digiscanner assets.
