✅ Many new crops and new products for processing
✅ Spruce seedlings available in the shop
✅ New factories in the shop, adapted for added products
✅ Updated growing seasons for wheat, barley, and oats
✅ Changed road traffic for greater realism
✅ Compatibility with Precision Farming DLC and Highlands Fishing DLC
✅ Ability to collect straw during the harvesting of sorghum, corn, rapeseed, and soybeans
✅ New type of straw — flax straw (used in spinning)
Construction and development:
✅ 2 plots for construction + terrain with many slopes (more interesting work with machinery)
✅ House that can be built, and a fully sold starter farm
✅ Forester's house available for purchase along with land
