Diesel Fuel System is a script mod for Farming Simulator 25 that introduces realistic fuel management for tractors and combines. Every litre of diesel has its own condition: quality, age, water, sediment and microbes, all affecting engine performance. Refuel from a 10,000 L farm tank, a 32,000 L MKS 32 tanker or a fuel terminal. Filters clog, water enters the fuel system, and the engine lets you know, forcing you to maintain your machinery.
• Buy regular (Grade 2) or premium (Grade 3) diesel with delivery and daily price changes.
• Use the fuel nozzle with an 8.5 m hose for manual refuelling at 2 L/s.
• Test fuel for water and sediment using the dipstick and sample jar.
• Change filters regularly with the band wrench, and sell the old filter as scrap.
• Bleed air from the fuel lines using the hand primer or electric lift pump.
• Monitor fuel condition: it ages over time, collects water and needs stabilisers.
• Refuel only with the engine off at stations, with the nozzle or at the terminal.
• Use the loading island with earth clamp, hose, valves and automatic cut-off.
