Realistic Diesel Start V1.3 Script for FS25

This script for Farming Simulator 25 adds a realistic diesel engine start sequence.

• Multi-stage starting: tap the engine key for ignition ON, then glow-plug pre-heating with a HUD indicator beside the speedometer
• Pre-heat duration adapts to temperature (up to 25 seconds in deep winter, nearly instant when warm or in summer)
• Hold the key to crank: starting before glow plugs are ready can cause coughing, failed starts, and slight damage
• After a cold start the engine idles for a few seconds before responding properly to the throttle
• For trucks: compressed air system with an in-game pressure gauge, compressor build-up while running, and pressure bleed while parked
• Realistic air brakes: low pressure engages spring brakes, potentially locking the truck in place like real life
• Audio feedback includes low-pressure warning buzzer, failed-start cough, and air release sounds
• Configurable via console command rdsConfig to toggle damage and air system and adjust timings; rdsHudPos moves the HUD; compatible with keyboard/gamepad, multiplayer and dedicated servers
