The Employees v1.0 script for Farming Simulator 25 introduces a comprehensive farm employee management system. It allows hiring up to 10 permanent employees, each with a name, age, and assigned area of responsibility. Employees can perform fieldwork, transport, animal care, or machinery maintenance. The system includes contracts, training, illnesses, aging, and retirement.
• Four contract types: minijob (€600/month, 40 hours), part-time (€1,600/month, 80 hours), full-time (€3,200/month, 160 hours), and temporary workers (€120 per assignment).
• Training: three levels per area, costing €750, €1,500, and €2,250, boosting efficiency from 25% to 100%.
• Automatic animal care: feed, water, and bedding are replenished when levels drop below 20%, aiming for 95%.
• Machinery maintenance: a technician repairs damaged vehicles (over 20% wear) between 08:00 and 17:00.
• Illnesses and aging: 3% monthly illness chance, four illness types, retirement at age 65.
All processes are integrated into the employee menu, displaying statuses, remaining hours, and contract details.
