Script Agricultural Financial System v1.2 for FS25

Agricultural Financial System v1.2 is a script for Farming Simulator 25 that turns the game's money system into a model of a real agricultural business. Instead of instant charges, you buy goods on a supplier current account and settle them on a real due date. Every farm has its own credit lines across Supplies, Machinery, Construction and Livestock, plus a separate history with each counterparty. In multiplayer, one farm can no longer use credit earned by another farm.

• Starting credit limits: Inputs $50,000, Machinery $100,000, Livestock $120,000, Construction $250,000.
• Payment terms of Cash, 30, 60 or 90 days with surcharges of 0%, 2%, 5% or 10% respectively.
• A 25% down payment on machinery and construction halves the surcharge, while an unassigned purchase is invoiced at 30 days with a late fee.
• A 180-day promissory note with a 30% surcharge is offered when a purchase exceeds your available credit limit.
• Hired worker wages accumulate and are settled once per month as base pay plus 35% labor costs.
• Grain barter is drawn up as a contract with seven clauses, a status stamp and signatures, and only one may be active per farm.
• Financial data saves with the game save, and version 1.0.2.0 save games remain compatible without a new game.
The script also supports dedicated servers, synchronizes client balances instantly and adds a Personnel tab for tracking the current month.
