Birkental map for Farming Simulator 25 is a diverse farming map that lets you build your farm your way and reshape the landscape.

Birkental features 28 fields and 14 wooded areas prepared for logging. Many fields can be expanded or merged by clearing forests and removing trees along the edges, creating space for animal enclosures, pastures, or your own farmstead.

The map offers many crop types beyond the standard set, including alfalfa, flax, lavender, taro, peanuts and more. Specialized harvesters for taro, peanuts, and lavender are integrated directly into the map, so no additional harvester mods are required. Taro uses a special cultivation process and can only be grown in rice paddies: the paddy must not be flooded during sowing, you wait for the first plants (~1 day), then flood the field and water daily until it’s ready for harvest.

Birkental also includes production facilities and processing chains such as a bakery, carpentry workshop, sawmill, paper mill, delicatessen factory, a large mill, heating plant, jam factory, juice factory, BGA (biogas plant), tobacco factory, and butcher shop. Factories require electricity and packaging materials (like paper and cardboard). Electricity can be generated via the biogas plant, a thermal power plant, placeable solar panels, or a solar farm.

Gardens and vegetable areas support peppers, pumpkins, watermelons, and cucumbers alongside standard crops. Orchards can be set up for apples, plums, apricots, cherries, and peaches; they require wooden baskets produced through Wood → Carpenter → Wooden Baskets → Orchard → Fruit. Sales points include EDEKA, the farmers’ market, the grain selling point, and the livestock dealer’s bale selling point, with the option to load and sell goods via train. A roller coaster is included as a special buildable object that can be placed and constructed wherever you like.
