AgriCredit Solutions finance system for Farming Simulator 25

AgriCredit Solutions is a building-finance system mod for Farming Simulator 25 that lets you fund eligible placeable structures over time directly from Construction Mode.

In Construction Mode, the normal PLACE option stays the same. For compatible buildings you can select FINANCE, then configure an AgriCredit agreement before placing. Set your down payment, finance term and plan, and review the results:
• Down Payment, Financed Amount, APR
• Scheduled Payment, Finance Plan
Applicable groundwork costs are paid up front. After placement, the agreement is permanently linked to that exact building.

The mod includes multiple financing options (traditional and balloon plans), APR-based calculations, automatic monthly payments plus manual payments, early payoff, persistent agreement states across saves, and multiplayer-aware server-authoritative synchronization. Missed payment handling progresses through delinquency stages, with late penalties increasing from 5% to 30% and a final-notice step on LATE 6/6 that leads into Collections.

In Collections, automatic servicing and additional penalties stop. The building is not repossessed or demolished and remains usable, but the farm cannot start another AgriCredit agreement. Early payoff and building sales are supported: sale proceeds are applied to the payoff first, with any remaining equity going to the farm (and the sale can be blocked if proceeds are insufficient).
