Variable Working Depth for Farming Simulator 25

This mod is a Variable Working Depth system that controls the actual working depth of disc harrows and cultivators in Farming Simulator 25.

It does not add a new implement—this system works with any disc harrow or cultivator, both base-game and modded equipment. After first installation, nothing changes: each implement behaves exactly like in the original game until you adjust the depth setpoint. Once you change it, the mod starts controlling working depth, changing how deep the soil is worked.

• Depth setpoint range: 0–100% (Ctrl + Num Plus/Minus)
• Depth types: Shallow (seedbed), Medium (cultivation/heavy disc-like), Deep (plowing, or subsoiling option for discs)
• Hysteresis for working-mode changes to prevent flickering on uneven ground
• Hydraulic cylinder sound while adjusting depth
• AI workers and Courseplay continue lowering/raising and operating normally
• Draft load scales with working depth (more depth = higher power demand, higher consumption, lower speed)

Implements with support wheels move the depth wheels relative to the frame while the frame actually sinks for a realistic offset-disc feel. Mounted implements without support wheels adjust 3-point hitch height and make the hitch rigid in height. An in-cab terminal styled like your tractor’s onboard computer displays working depth (cm), operation type, the setpoint bar vs factory position, adjustment in cm, control mode, status (raised/position/working), and draft load. Brand colors and logos are used for supported brands, while others use a generic scheme.
