The Worker Skill System script mod for Farming Simulator 25 makes AI helpers act like a real farm crew with named, persistent employees.
Instead of starting a job with an unnamed helper, use an AI-capable vehicle and press the H key to open a clear worker selection window. The screen shows multiple workers with their stats and availability, including options such as Start Selected and Automatically Best.
• Permanent worker profiles: name, level, XP/experience points, specialty, attributes, wage, availability, and saved statistics
• Worker selection UI for AI-enabled vehicles via the H key
• Skill-based individual wages plus bonuses for higher-level workers
• Bonuses affecting fuel consumption, wear and tear, damage, work accuracy, and error correction
Choose the appropriate worker for tasks like sowing, harvesting, baling, hauling, or spraying and track how they develop over time during helper missions.
