Realistic Farm Finance v1.0 is a script for Farming Simulator 25 that turns the game's financial system into a realistic model of an agricultural business. It is designed for a playstyle where a month lasts 3 to 5 days, with 5 days being recommended. Instead of limiting farm expansion solely by your current bank balance, the mod introduces loans, mortgages, machinery financing, overdrafts, lenders, brokers, taxes, administration, and livestock insurance. The goal is to make every financial decision meaningful, not simply to offer more borrowing options.
• Realistic loans and mortgages with different terms from multiple lenders.
• Machinery financing, overdrafts, and payment arrears.
• Taxes, administration costs, and livestock insurance.
• The risk of asset seizures and damaged lender relationships due to debt.
This mod is aimed at players who appreciate slower, realistic progression and want to experience genuine financial pressure while building their farm.
