The Employees V2.5 script for FS25 expands the game with a comprehensive personnel management system. Players can hire employees, assign them to different work areas, and develop them through training. Employees also handle tasks such as animal husbandry and machine maintenance. Contract types, salaries, illnesses, retirement, and temporary workers ensure realistic personnel planning.
• Up to 10 fixed employee profiles with their own name, age, and assigned AI helper.
• Four contract types: casual (€600/month, 40 hours), part-time (€1,600/month, 80 hours), full-time (€3,200/month, 160 hours), and temporary workers (€120 per assignment).
• Training in four categories (fieldwork, transport, animal husbandry, machinery) with three levels and performance at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.
• An automatic animal caretaker checks herds at 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, replenishing feed, water, and bedding up to 95%.
• A mechanical technician automatically repairs damaged vehicles (from about 20% damage) during working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The system supports multiplayer with server-side logic and full synchronization of employees, contracts, and tasks.
