Four contract types are available: casual at €600 per month with 40 in-game hours, part-time at €1,600 with 80 hours, full-time at €3,200 with 160 hours, and temporary workers at €120 per assignment. Salaries are deducted at the end of each month, employees age, fall ill and retire at 65, and their position can later be rehired.

In multiplayer the entire employee logic runs server-side, so contracts, working hours, age, training and active AI jobs stay synchronized for every player.
