Realistic Scania Smartdash V1.651 - Enhanced Part Mod

This mod adds enhancements for the Scania SmartDash dashboard. It focuses on realism, though some features are semi-realistic due to game limitations.

• Fixed turn indicator speeds
• Added support for game version 1.58
• Added lift axle indicators for UK cab
• Added ETA and time to rest to main navigation screen
• Added icons for truck lift axle and trailer lift axle

The mod also introduces a new page "Vehicle information" where you can see the odometer, as well as time until rest, trip time, and remaining navigation time. Icons for lift axles are included, along with new features for improved usability.
