The Peterbilt 350 is considered the precursor to all the long-nose conventionals that followed it. Its swooping fenders, bolted radiator shell, and imposing 130-inch bumper to back of cab dimension make it a truly majestic king of the highway. Introduced in 1949 and produced until 1957, a total of 847 units were made.
This mod features some liberties: the single axle model 280 is treated as just a chassis variation, and the transmission selection is limited to those that work well within the game’s constraints. The standard chassis uses double reduction rear axles, providing slow ratios (4.68 to 5.90).
Keep in mind that not all exhaust configurations will be available with all tank configurations. If you’re not finding what you want, try a rear-mounted tank.
