This mod is a script for Farming Simulator 25 that enables pick-up headers on forage harvesters to collect straw swaths and process them into chaff. It restores the functionality known from FS22, allowing players to switch between straw and chaff with a single key combination. The current mode is shown in the help window, and a short message appears when switching. The selected mode is saved in the game save, so it persists after reloading.
• Pick up straw swaths as chaff or as straw using the key combination Left Alt + H (can be changed in the control settings).
• The current mode is displayed in the help window, and a short message appears when switching.
• The selected mode is saved in the game save.
• Compatible with all pick-ups from the base game, such as CLAAS PICK UP 300, Kemper 3003, John Deere 639 Premium and Krone EasyFlow 300 S.
• Also works with pick-ups from other mods, provided they can pick up grass swaths.
• Grain headers, corn headers, forage wagons and balers remain unchanged.
If there is still straw in the forage harvester when switching to chaff, you must unload it first.
