The Split Brakes mod for Farming Simulator 25 introduces independent rear wheel braking for every tractor in the game. This feature allows you to brake the left or right rear wheel separately, significantly improving maneuverability when transporting heavy loads. It is especially helpful when the tractor's front axle becomes too light and steering becomes difficult. Split braking is also ideal for short maneuvering or forestry work where precision is required.
• Split brakes can be used up to a speed of 50 km/h
• Hotkeys: Alt + Numpad 1 for left brake, Alt + Numpad 3 for right brake
• Recommended to set gear shift mode to manual for a more realistic experience
• Fixed an issue where the vehicle would not move when Split Brakes were applied
• Optimized parameters for realistic physics and smoother braking
This mod is a real must-have for those who value realism and improved tractor control in challenging conditions.
