This script mod is for Farming Simulator 25 and turns fuel usage into something more realistic and challenging. Instead of applying a fixed multiplier, Real Fuel Consumption V1.3.1 uses a dynamic system that reads each vehicle’s real-time state during gameplay.
• Base Multiplier: configurable from 1.0x to 3.0x (default 1.5x)
• Load Bonus: higher consumption under real stress like hills, heavy implements, and towing loads
• Work Type Bonus: plowing/cultivating +40%, harvesting +35%, baling +25%, mowing/tedding +20%, spraying/fertilizing +15%, sowing +10%
• RPM Sensitivity: higher RPM means higher consumption
• All options from Game Settings (ESC), no console commands or unusual key binds
• Compatible with ALL vehicles and mods, Multiplayer and Dedicated Server ready
Version V1.3.1 adds a fuel report (Ctrl+J inside a vehicle): liters, engine hours, average l/h, ECO/STANDARD/POWER share, and estimated cost for that vehicle (session and total), plus the farm total. Calculations are server-counted and saved per vehicle. A bug was fixed where the l/h readout could stay stuck on the last driving value; it now shows 0.0 l/h when the engine is not running.
