International Paystar 5070 V1.0.6 - powerful and reliable

The International 5000 series was aimed at off-highway applications such as construction and oilfield. The series features overbuilt chassis, exceptional ground clearance, and a strong emphasis on serviceability.

True to the real thing, this mod is best suited for intra-state use: fuel capacity is limited and it is only available as a daycab. That said, it is very functional for special transport missions and works quite well for forestry and anything else that takes you off paved roads.
