This is a Wheels AL13 LUX1 mod for GTA 5. They feature high detail with 237k polygons and 134k vertices. The mod allows you to change the wheel name, for example, to wheel hiend 01. You can use the add-on wheels pack [wb pack wheels], simply add the wheels to the dlc and modify the carcols.meta.
