The Helicopter KA26 is a fertilizer sprayer that allows you to conveniently fertilize fields from the air.

Find the helicopter on the helipad among the placeable objects. Just fly close to the solid fertilizer pallet, press the R button, and then use the helicopter to fertilize the fields.
