The “No More Gear Shifting” mod is a script that removes gear shifting and RPM loss by providing a true automatic transmission behavior across all vehicles in your FS25 save.
Designed to stop the annoying back-and-forth between speed and RPM, and to prevent speed drops while cruising when you’re trying to work fields.
• Works universally with every vehicle in a game save
• No individual XML editing required
• Uses D, N, R with no gear changes
• CVT-like behavior to avoid RPM loss
