No More Gear Shifting v1.0 is a script mod for Farming Simulator 25 that changes transmission behavior to remove the annoying side effects of gear switching. If the automatic gear mode makes your speed drop while cruising, or if you keep seeing back-and-forth changes in RPM, this mod is built specifically to address that experience.
• Version: v1.0
• Type: automatic transmission script for FS25
• Gear modes: D (forward), N (neutral), R (reverse)
• Main goal: no gear shifting at all
• RPM behavior: no RPM loss while driving
The mod is intended to work universally across vehicles in your save. There’s no per-vehicle XML editing step—just place it into your mods folder and the vehicles in your current save adopt the same D/N/R behavior.
• Universal application: every vehicle in the save
• Setup: no individual XML editing
• Feel: similar concept to CVT-style continuous behavior
Overall, No More Gear Shifting v1.0 makes driving smoother and more predictable. Your vehicle won’t lose momentum due to gear changes, and RPM stays stable during normal operation. If you encounter any issues during testing, reporting them helps improve compatibility for FS25.
